Online FITNESS 霞(Kasumi) FIT

霞塾(Kasumi-juku) is the name for our healthcare online learning services. Currently, our main service is 霞(Kasumi) FIT, a practical program of exercise, mainly consists of core building and strength training.

✔︎ ZOOM Live sessions

The program is an online program, so you can take lessons at home, while traveling, or wherever there is an Internet connection.

Kasumi FIT’s original “Evolutionary Training” uses the inner muscles, which have fewer opportunities to be used in daily life with computers, by simply imitating movements along the lines of biological evolution. In addition, basic strength training is also performed. In all of these training sessions, we try to instruct with an emphasis on communication between the body and mind, and consciously using each muscle.

✔︎ Twice a week, 40 minutes per session, 8 times a month

The program is held 8 times a month on Tuesdays, Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:10 a.m. (about 40 minutes) Japan Standard Time. At the end of the previous month, the schedule for the following month will be posted on the calendar.

✔︎ Recording videos

In case you are unable to get up early in the morning, traveling on business, or unable to attend due to time zone differences, we can also provide a recording. The recording will be available on the same day as the live webcast. You will be able to watch it for 3 days after the delivery, so please try to find time to do it within that period.

✔︎ Stretch and Release

Without physical flexibility, good condition cannot be built. We now teach stretching and release once a month in our lessons.

Tools for lessons

  • Non-shrinkable strings (luggage straps, ropes, kimono straps, etc.)
  • Training tube
  • Yoga mat if the floor is hard
  • Mirror for full-body reflection
  • Foam roller or stretch ball (once a month)
